Chairman & Managing Director: Andrew J Flowers
Prior to becoming Managing Director in 2004, Andrew held a number of senior positions with key players in the UK and Offshore Finance Industry. Andrew is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and has a Masters Degree from Sheffield University.
Finance Director: Keith Newing
Keith joined the company in May 2006 and was promoted to Finance Director in 2007. Keith is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and brings a wealth of experience in project management, strategy and business planning and analysis.
Underwriting Director: Peter Longstaff
Peter brings a wealth of experience and expertise previously having been Head of Insurance at Marks & Spencer Plc, Key Account Director of AXA Insurance and latterly a Director of Zenith Insurance Plc.
Non-Executive: Nick Cruz
Nick was born in Gibraltar and educated at Worth Abbey in the United Kingdom. He studied law and graduated from Kingston University in Surrey before becoming a member of Middle Temple Inn of Court. He completed his studies at the Council of Legal Education in Chancery Lane, London, and was subsequently called to the Bar of England and Wales. He returned to Gibraltar in 1989 and was subsequently called to the Bar of Gibraltar.
Non Executive: Paul Martinez
Paul Martinez, after senior roles with both AON and Bradstocks, created Martinez & Partners Ltd in 1995; a successful brokerage specialising in European Binding Authorities and High Net Worth UK business. Paul then joined Enterprise in March 2010 to broaden and strengthen the London market experience of the board.
